QUESTION
I have purchased some bamboo to make a Japanese water feature that scares Herons.
I have seen a bamboo tube on a pivot, which fills with water then rocks to a
new position where it empties, rocking back to its original position for refill.
Any idea where I could get a design for this? I want to be sure where to cut the bamboo and where to install the pivot. Thanks.
