All prices displayed on the site are Recommended Retail Prices (R.R.P.) and are inclusive of V.A.T. Most items are inclusive of delivery charges. Where orders include small quantities of heavy or bulky items, a delivery charge will be made and should be added to the order. It is StyleGardens policy to sell only the finest plants and products.

All our products are guaranteed to satisfy. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase due to defect we will be happy to replace the product or provide a full refund.

Please note - StyleGardens will not be responsible for orders taken on-line that have been entered incorrectly. Please review your order before sending.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Please obtain a 'Proof of Postage Certificate' before sending. (this is available free from the Post Office.

We promise to process all payment details in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will never disclose personal or financial information about our customers to any other party unless we are legally obliged so to do.

We promise that where delivery times exceed the standard 7 days after your order has been processed, we will inform you and agree a new delivery date.

If a new delivery date is not acceptable, then you will receive a full refund. We promise to do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We will respond within 1 working day where possible resolving the problem or providing a timescale for resolution.

If you feel the resolution is not satisfactory, contact us again and ask to speak to our Customer Services Manager.
