We hope to make your StyleGardens Shopping experience as simple and pleasant as possible. Because of this we offer several methods of payment including payment by phone, email, post and on-line ordering. All prices displayed on the site are Recommended Retail Prices (R.R.P.) and are inclusive of V.A.T. Most items are inclusive of delivery charges. Where orders include small quantities of heavy or bulky items, a delivery charge will be made and should be added to the order. More details of delivery prices will be listed on individual product pages. Refunds & repayments It is StyleGardens policy to sell only the finest plants and products. All our products are guaranteed to satisfy. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase due to defect we will be happy to replace the product or provide a full refund. Please note - StyleGardens will not be responsible for orders taken on-line that have been entered incorrectly. Please review your order before sending. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please obtain a 'Proof of Postage Certificate' before sending. (this is available free from the Post Office. We promise to process all payment details in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will never disclose personal or financial information about our customers to any other party unless we are legally obliged so to do. We promise that where delivery times exceed the standard 7 days after your order has been processed, we will inform you and agree a new delivery date. If a new delivery date is not acceptable, then you will receive a full refund. We promise to do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction. At StyleGardens, we use the information that you provide us to process your orders. We may use your information to provide you with details of StyleGardens events or special offers, or to enhance your StyleGardens experience but, should you at any time require us to remove your details from our records, simply call to our Customer Services department and we will be happy to do this. We Guarantee to keep your information confidential. StyleGardens are registered under the Data Protection Act, and adhere to the Act's strict rules regarding the storage and disclosure of information. We promise that we will never pass on or sell any customer information to a third party unless legally obligated to do so. StyleGardens policy is to ensure that you feel comfortable when communicating with us, or when ordering products. We only use the best technology available, and constantly review our systems and those of our suppliers to ensure they provide the necessary security levels that we feel are necessary for our customers. Our Web site is protected by an accredited firewall to prevent unauthorised access to the StyleGardens site. We are always aiming to improve the service we provide to our customers. We therefore welcome any views or comments you may have. If you feel you have any reason to complain, please call our Customer Services department on 029 2059 8118, or e-mail us at customerservices@stylegardens.co.uk. We will respond within 1 working day where possible resolving the problem or providing a timescale for resolution. If you feel the resolution is not satisfactory, contact us again and ask to speak to our Customer Services Manager. We will do our upmost to ensure that your complaints are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.
